We would like to thank you for choosing RealPress. Built compatibly with the latest version of WordPress as well as using the powerful page builder plugin Elementor, RealPress promises to give you awesome experiences in creating your own apartment websites.

1.1.Requirements
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
There are system requirements in order to install and set up the RealPress theme and its components properly. Make sure that you are running the latest version of WordPress, PHP version 7.0 or higher, and MySQL version 5.7 or higher. We also recommend the following PHP configuration limits:
Recommended hosting configuration
- vCPU: 3
- Memory (RAM): 3 GB
- SSD Storage: 60 GB
Recommended PHP configuration limits
- upload_max_filesize = 32M
- post_max_size = 32M
- max_execution_time = 300
- max_input_time = 300
- memory_limit = 256M
Please contact your service provider to verify your current PHP limits and have them set it up again if needed.
Note: Once you successfully install and activate the RealPress theme, RealPress Dashboard will be added to your WordPress menu. You can verify those requirements under RealPress => System Status
1.2.What’s Included
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
When purchasing our theme on Themeforest.net from your Envato account, in the Download tab, you can select to download the entire theme package (All files & documentation) or just the theme file (Installable WordPress file only). The theme package is a zip file containing the following files:
- child-theme: There is a zip file child theme and a readme.txt with some notes about the child theme.
- documentation: A link to this documentation.
- realpress: The WordPress theme.
- Licensing.
2.Installation
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
2.1.Theme
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can install the RealPress theme in 2 ways: Via WordPress or FTP.
2.1.1.Via WordPress
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
Follow the steps below to install the RealPress theme via WordPress:
Step 1. Visit Dashboard => Appearance => Themes => Add New.
Step 2. Click Upload Theme.
Step 3. Browse the realpress.zip file (not the theme package zip file) on your computer and click Install Now.
Step 4. Activate RealPress theme.
Step 5. Enable Thim Core to activate the core of RealPress and start the demo-importing data process.
2.1.2.Via FTP
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
Following the steps below to upload the theme via FTP:
Step 1. Login to your FTP account via FTP software to access your web hosting server.
Step 2. Unzip the realpress.zip file.
Step 3. Upload the exacted theme folder realPress to the wp-content/ themes folder.
Step 4. Active the theme in Dashboard => Appearance => Themes.
Step 5. After activating the theme, you will see RealPress notice! Click “Install and active ThimPress Core to start now! “ to an active core of RealPress, and move to the demo-importing data process.
2.2.Update Theme
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
There are 2 common ways to update the theme: via FTP – manually update and via Thim Core. We ThimPress has developed another way to update themes via the Thim Core plugin. The updating will keep your changes before but to be safe, you should backup files and the database before updating. After updated, re-save your customizations in Dashboard => Customize => click “Save & Publish”.
2.2.1.Via Thim Core
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
This is the easiest and fastest way.
Step 1 – Navigate to RealPress => Dashboard then log in with your Envato account.
Step 2 – Simply click to Update now.
2.2.2.Via FTP
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
Step 1. Login to your Envato account. In the Download tab, find RealPress and choose the Installable WordPress Theme (the WordPress file).
Step 2. Login to your server, then go to the wp-content/ themes folder and back up your realpress theme folder if you want to keep or delete it. The content on your site will not be lost but if you have modified the code, the changes will be lost. You have to reapply them after updating over.
Step 3. Exact new file realpress.zip you have already downloaded from Themeforest.
Step 4. Drag & drop the new theme folder realpress to wp-content/ theme to override the existing files.
2.3.Child Theme
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
The child theme is included in the theme package. It is ready to install. Just install the child theme alongside the parent theme (Appearance => Themes => Add New)

4.Customize

4.1.General
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
4.1.1.Logo
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can upload Logo, Sticky Logo, Retina Logo, Logo Width, and Site Icon.
- Logo: When you select Logo Image, it will displays here.
- The sticky logo will be displayed in the sticky menu.
- Retina Logo: Set logo displayed on retina Mac screen
- Logo Width: Set the logo width in px.
- Site Icon: These are what you see in browser tabs, bookmark bars, and WordPress mobile apps. Site Icons should be square and at least 512 × 512 pixels.
4.1.2.Styling
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can set Color, Body Background Color, and Max width container.
- Primary Color: It will change the color of some major elements and highlights of the opened page in the menu:
Color of a button:
Title property when hovering over it:
- Seconds Color: Select color when hovering the button.
- Body Background Color: Choose a background color for the entire website.
The body background will show the set color.
- Max width container: You can assign a value to the body width.
4.1.3.Typography
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
In the Typography section, here are all the options that you will need to set up fonts for different parts of your site.
Select the font, and set its variant, size, line height, and color for:
- Body: Main body text.
- Heading Font-Family: Heading text.
- Select variants fonts: Allows you to select multiple variants for font body and headings.
In addition, the typography allows you to set up all the heading styles (from H1 to H6).
4.1.5.Extra Features
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can enable/disable the button Back to top and set Preloading.
- Back To top: When activating the Back to top option, the outside of the website will display as shown below.
- Preloading: You can choose the icon to display when the page loads.
4.2.Header Setting

4.2.1.Header Size
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can choose the layout style for the header here.

4.2.6.Sticky On Scroll
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
- Sticky on scroll: When the option is enabled, the menu remains visible as the visitor scrolls up and down a web page.
4.2.7.Select Styles
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
- Custom: When you choose the config style as custom, below the settings will display more items’ background color, text color, and text color on hover for you to set as you want.
When you choose the config style as “the same with main menu”: Your menu will not change when you scroll down.
4.3.Blog Setting
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
4.3.1.Archive
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can select a layout, Excerpt Length, Columns Grid, and show/hide page titles & breadcrumbs.
- Layouts: There are 3 types of layout display.
The first image below is when you choose the sidebar style displayed on the left:
When you choose the sidebar style to show on the right, see the image shown below:
Finally, you can choose to hide the sidebar.
- Hidden Breadcrumb: Allows you to hide breadcrumbs on the page title.
- Excerpt Length: Post item description length (number of words).
- Grid Columns: Select the number of post columns to display on the archive.
- Show category: You can enable this option to display the category.
- Sortable Meta Tags: You can add year, author, comments number just below the title.
4.3.2.Singular
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can select Layout, Hidden Breadcrumb, Display Year, Show Author, Show Category, and Show Comment Number.
- Layouts: There are 3 layout styles.
- Hidden Breadcrumb: Allows you to hide breadcrumbs on the page title.
- Sortable Meta Tags: You can add year, author, comments number just below the title.
- Show category: You can enable this option to display the category.
4.4.Page Setting

You can select Layout and Hidden Breadcrumb.

You can select Layout, Hidden Breadcrumb, Properties per row, Layout Property Item, and Layout Advanced Search.
- Layout: You can choose the layout style for the archive property page.

4.5.2.Single Property

You can select Layout Property Single.
- Single Property Layout: There are 3 types of layout for a single property page.

- Display Social Share: You can enable this option to display social icons on single property page.
- No Spacing Box Content: If this option is enabled, the spacing between boxes on a single property sheet will no longer exist.
When the option is not active, there will be a gap between the content boxes.
4.7.Widgets

Your theme has 11 widget areas but this particular page does not display them.
You can navigate to other pages on your site while using Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.
To edit the complete widget, you can go to Dashboard => Appearance => Widgets: See detailed instructions here.

You can go to your Dashboard => Appearance => Widgets to add/edit widgets into sections, like Single Property Sidebar, Archive Property Sidebar, Agent List Sidebar, Agent Detail Sidebar, Sidebar, Topbar, Menu Right, Footer Sidebar, Shop Sidebar.
Each section corresponds to a different page, when adding a widget to each section outside the page will display the content of that widget.
- Single Property Sidebar: By default, there will be widgets like the image below.

7.Recommended Image Size
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
To decrease your data storage, you should use a suitable size for your image. You can use the below size:
- Header image: 1920 x 700 px.
- Blog image: 1170 x 870 px.
- Product image: 645 x 860 px.
- Agent image: 375 x 500 px.

8.2.Home Page
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
To edit blocks on the Homepage, please go to Homepage => Edit with Elementor, click the block you want to edit, and edit it on the Elementor editing panel.
8.4.RealPress Properties
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
- To edit the Property with Elementor, you need to enable Elementor’s editing permission. Please go to Dashboard => Elementor => Settings => General => Enable RealPress => Save changes.
- Please go to Dashboard => All Properties => Edit => Edit with Elementor.
8.5.Thim Advanced Search
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
You can add a search bar to the page by you want dragging and dropping “Thim Advanced Search”.
After being added, the search bar will be displayed as the image below:
- Option: There are 2 layout styles: default and tab for you to choose.
When you choose the default style:
And here is when you choose the tab style:
Show the tabs you want by selecting from the “Select Tab Items” section.
- Search Form: You can edit the Margin Section, Enable Reset Button, Enable Toggle Field, add Input Meta.
The Margin Section allows you to enter px values for the top, right, bottom, left margins of the section.
Enable this option to show a Reset Button.
Similar to the Toggle Field option.
To help users search faster, there are some available items in the Input Meta such as: Search, Status, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Feature, Area size, Location, Price, Rooms, Type, Year, and Built.
- Button Submit: Edit the text, icon, icon size, and width of the submit button.
8.6.Thim Properties
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
Add a list of properties by dragging and dropping “Thim Properties”.
- Properties: Change the Skin, Select Status, Order by, The Number of Posts, Columns.
There are 3 types of skins for you to choose, the image above is the default skin.
The other ones are tabs and sliders.
Show the tabs you want by selecting from the “Select Status” section.
Properties can be ordered by Date and ASC.
The number of Posts: Change the number of posts displayed on a page.
Columns: Change the number of columns displayed on a page.
- Content: Change Image Size, Show All Browse, Show Wishlist On Content, Show Verify, Meta Overlay, and Property Data.
There are 11 image sizes.
You can turn on the option to display the wishlist icon as shown below:
Enable this option to display property verification status.
Meta Overlay: Add property information which will be displayed on the property thumbnail image.
Add item and then Select type to add more detailed information for each property.
When data is enough, the property will displayed as the image below:
8.7.Thim Agents
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
Add a list of agents to your site by dragging and dropping “Thim: Agents”.
After being added, the list of agents will be displayed as the image below:
- Agents: Change the Layout, Order by, The number of Posts, Columns.
There are 2 types of layout: default and slider.
Agents can be ordered by Date and ASC.
The number of Posts: Change the number of agents displayed on a page.
- Content: Enable content flex option to add meta overlay and items.
Choose flex display style for content:
Show the number of properties, social icons of each agent.
Add item and then Select type to add more detailed information for each agent.
8.8.Thim Login Form
This Documentation is used for RealPress.
Add login form by dragging and dropping “Thim: Login Form”.
Customize Login Form by using Login Editor.
- Login: Change Login Form Title, HTML Tag, Redirect After Login, Redirect After Logout, Custom Label.
Login Form Title: Edit the Login Form title.
HTML Tag: Select the HTML tag for the Login Form title.
Redirect After Login: Enable this option to redirect users to a specific URL after login.
Redirect After Logout: Enable this option to redirect users to a specific URL after logout.
Custom Label: Enable this option to change the Text Button.
