1.INTRODUCTION

Friendly interface, easy to use and having all necessary functions for you to build a Real Estate website in minutes. This plugin is designed for estate project, house, office, building, apartment, condominium, villa, luxury real estate, etc. RealPress completely fits real estate agents, companies, brokers, architects, construction companies, design companies, and more.
2.INSTALL
You can install the RealPress plugin in 3 ways: Via WordPress Search, Admin Upload Plugin, and FTP.
2.1.VIA WORDPRESS SEARCH
Follow the below steps to install our plugin RealPress via WordPress Plugin Search:
- Step 1. Visit Dashboard > Plugins > Add New
- Step 2. Type ‘RealPress’ on the search bar
- Step 3. You will see Realpress – Real Estate Plugin. Click “Install Now”
- Step 4. Activate RealPress plugin
2.2.VIA WORDPRESS ADMIN PLUGIN UPLOAD
You also can install the plugin RealPress using the upload option in the admin area.
First, you need to download our plugin RealPress from here:
The plugin file must be a .zip file.
Follow the below steps to install the plugin RealPress via WordPress Admin Plugin Upload:
- Step 1. Visit Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Click button “Upload Plugin”
- Step 2. Click the button “Choose file” then select the realpress.zip file on your computer and click “Install Now”
- Step 3. Activate RealPress plugin
2.3.VIA FTP
The third way to install the plugin RealPress is using FTP.
First, you need to download our plugin RealPress from here:
The plugin file must be a .zip file.
Follow the below steps to install plugin RealPress via FTP:
- Step 1. Login your FTP account via FTP software to access your host web server
- Step 2. Extract realpress.zip file
- Step 3. Upload the extracted folder realpress to wp-content/plugins folder
- Step 4. Activate RealPress plugin in Dashboard > Installed Plugins
3.NOTE
After you have installed/activated Realpress, you need to configure some basic information before publishing your website. You can click the “Quick Setup” to configure them:
The screen will show setup options for Realpress:
- Currency: We have a default “Currency setting” when you install our plugin, which you can change if you want.
- Static page: You can create a page if you want.
You can also click the “Create all static pages” button to create the pages automatically.
- Slug Settings: We have default slugs when you install our plugin, you can change the slug if you want.
- Email settings: When you install your plugin, email delivery settings are disabled by default. You can enable to enable email-sending function if you want.
- Property Settings: We have default property settings when you install our plugin, you can change this setting if you want.
- Finish: You can access: More settings, Add a new property, Archive properties, or click the button “Import Demo”.
- Import demo: When you click “Import Demo”, it will take some time for the system to run.
When the system runs successfully, you will receive a message “Congratulations! The demo has been imported successfully! View All Properties”.
You can click “View all properties”.
4.PROPERTY
In this section, we will show you how to create properties.
4.1.CREATE A PROPERTY
To create a property, you can go to your Dashboard => RealPress => Add New:
There are six sections in a property: Information property, Taxonomy property, Floor plans, Agent, Media, and Map.
You can save your property only when you add the title of the property.
4.2.INFORMATION PROPERTY
Information Property for real estate is a great way to attract potential buyers interested in the right home.
In the “Information property” section, the information has been filled in by default and you can edit it as you like.
All the information you write will be displayed in the Overview and Details section on a single property page.
All information you write in Additional details will be displayed in the Details section of the single property page.

4.3.TAXONOMY PROPERTY
4.3.1.PROPERTY TYPE
Choose a property type to make it easy for users to find your exact property.
When you add more than one Property Type to the Property, the Property archive page will show only any of the Property Types.
There are 2 ways to add “Property Type” to Property:
- Way 1: Click “Add New Property Type” on the page you are editing
- Way 2: Go to Dashboard => RealPress => Property Type

4.3.2.PROPERTY LOCATION
Location is the key to valuable real estate. Do not select “Property Location” for the property you are creating.
The locations you add will be shown in the address and location on the single property page.
You can add “Property Location” by clicking on the link “Add new Property Location” in the following image:

4.3.3.PROPERTY FEATURE
Depending on the type of property you’re selling and the type of customer you’re likely to attract, under “Property Features”: list the salient features that the property has. Then, click “Update” to save changes.
The Features you add will be shown in the “Feature” on the single property page.
Click “Add New Property Feature” on the page you are editing, as indicated in the photo:
Or go to Dashboard => RealPress => Property Feature.
Please fill in the information to create a “Property Feature”.
4.3.4.STATUS
You can update property status to make it easier for users to search by status and each property can only goes on with one status.
The status you add will be displayed on the page single and archive.

To create a state, you can click “Add New Status” as shown below or go to Dashboard => RealPress => Properties Feature.

Fill in the information to create the status you want.
4.3.5.ENERGY CLASS
The assessment of the energy efficiency and consumption of the building are stated in the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). 9 kinds of energy ratings are A+, A, B+, B, Γ, Δ, Ε, Ζ, Η.
You can only select one “Energy class” for a property.
The Energy Class you add will be displayed on the single property page.
Create an “Energy Class” by clicking on the “Add new Energy Class” text link:

Introducing building energy performance metrics is a required step towards any progress towards low energy use and/or “green” buildings. You should fill out the sections above for a better introduction to the property
4.3.6.LABELS
You can add labels to make your property standing out from the other. A Property can have one or more Labels.
When you add more than one Label to the Property, the Property archive page will show only one in the list of Labels.
The labels you add will be shown in the Feature on the Archive Property page.
You can create a new Label by clicking “Add new Labels”, or go to Dashboard => RealPress => Labels

4.4.FLOOR PLANS
You can create multiple floor plans for a property, by clicking the “Add more” button.
The information you enter will be displayed on the single property page in the Floor Plans section.
4.5.AGENT
This is the place to fill out the information about agents that distribute products in the real estate market.
- Enable: display information about an agent
- Disable: do not display agent information
There are 3 types of agent information display:
The first is to display information about the author.
Agent information will be displayed as shown below:
The second is to display Agent’s information.
When “Agent Info” is selected, input will be displayed below allowing you to select Agent.
Agent information will be displayed as shown below:
The third is the custom field display.
When “Show Custom Field” is selected, you can fill the boxes to customize the information.
Agent information will be displayed as shown below:
4.6.MEDIA
If you provide a lot of media information about the property, it will make your property look eye-catching.
Gallery: You can edit the maximum number of images and the maximum file size by going to Dashboard > RealPress > Settings > Property. Then, you may edit the maximum image portion and maximum file size (KB) as you like or use it according to the part we have set as default.
The added image will be displayed at the top of the single property page.
Video: You can only show video with iframe.
After you have added the iframe, the video will be displayed on the single property page of the video section.
360 Virtual Tour: Show 360 Virtual Tour only with iframe.
After you have added the iframe, the 360 Virtual Tour will be displayed on the single property page in the video section.
4.7.MAP
Location affects the value of real estate significantly. Buyers may invest in residential real estate, schools, job growth, and good neighborhoods.
Enable: Display map on the single property page
Disable: Don’t display the map on the single property page
The location you enter in the map will be displayed on the single property page.
5.SETTINGS
5.1.CURRENCY
You can set up your currency unit and its format options. Here, you can change the property price on all pages.
5.2.PAGE
You can change the default pages to your pages to change the URL. Please note that if you change the default pages, it will change the content of those pages to our content.
5.3.URL SLUG
You can change the default URL for your pages.
5.4.PROPERTY
Property Page Layout: Displays the layout type of the property on the page Property Archive.
Property Per Page: quantity property on the page property archive.
When you set the maximum images section and the maximum file size (KB) section here, it will show up under the image in the media tab.
5.5.MAIL
You can send emails by navigating to Dashboard => RealPress => Settings => Email.
Also, you can set up emails sent to users, admin, and agent.
5.6.AGENT
If the user wants to become an agent, they have to follow these steps:
- Step 1: Register a user account
- Step 2: Go to the page “Become an Agent” and fill all blanks. Also, don’t forget to check the box “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” before clicking the button “Submit”.
Then admin will receive a “Pending request” as shown below:
You can enable the option “Automatically approve” to allow submissions to become an agent in the Agent tab.
5.7.ADVANCED SEARCH
Advanced search intends to help customers search for the wanted property faster and more accurately.
Here, you can enable the “Mode” option to enable advanced search options on the page Archive Properties. Besides, you can drag and drop to change the alignments of those options.
Redirect to Page: If no page is selected, it will redirect to the page Property Archive.
5.8.WALKSCORE
This API returns the Walkscore, Transitscore, and Bikescore for any location.
Programmers can use the API to:
- Integrate Walkscore into your site
- Add Walkscore to your property listings
- Enable searching and sorting by Walkscore
The Walk Score API is supported in the United States and Canada.
Click “Here” to get the API
The Walkscore item will be displayed on the single property page, with 2 parts: Scores and Nearby.
- Scores section: Shows you walkable, transit, and bikeable spots at this property
- Nearby: Shows you the nearby places.
5.9.YELP NERBY PLACES
Yelp is an online business directory where businesses can be listed and found online. Customers can find, contact, and rate them.
- Step 1: Enable Mode and enter the key in Yelp API Key (If not, click here to get it),
- Step 2: Enter the categories you want to display in the Yelp Categories section (more than one category can be selected), and enter the quantity you want to display in each category in the Yelp Result Limit
- Step 3: Select the display unit for each location in the Yelp Distance Unit section

6.SHORT CODE
6.1.BECOME AN AGENT
+ Shortcode: [realpress_become_an_agent]
+ Function: Used to display the submission form on the Become an Agent page. By default, the Become an Agent page has already had this short code so the admin doesn’t need to add this shortcode.
This shortcode will show the “Become an Agent” form:
6.2.AGENT CONTACT
+ Shortcode: [realpress_contact_form user_id=’agent_id’]( agent_id: replace with user id of agent)
+ Function: Display an agent’s contact form
There are 2 ways to get an agent id, starting by choosing Dashboard > Users > All User:
- First: Hover the mouse over the title with the role of the agent. In the left corner of the screen, the URL line is displayed and the number after “user id=” is the ID of the agent.
- Second: Go to the edit profile page of the agent, on the URL bar: number after “user id=” is the agent’s ID.

6.3.ADVANCED SEARCH

7.WIDGETS
7.1.AGENT SEARCH
(RealPress) Agent Search: Display Agent Search Form. This widget only works on the Agent List page and Agent detail page.
This widget will display the searching tool on the site agent list.
7.2.MORTGAGE CALCULATOR
( RealPress) Mortgage Calculator: Display the form to calculate the monthly installment amount.
This widget works on the page Single Property.
7.3.TERMS
( RealPress) Terms: Displays the terms of custom taxonomy (Type, Feature, Status,…).
This widget will only appear when this widget is added to the page.
7.4.PROPERTY LIST
(RealPress) Property List: Displays a list of Properties.
The widget will work on the sites where you add the widget section.
8.AGENT
8.1.INTRODUCTION
Agents can create properties and view properties of admin and other agents but can’t edit them. Also, agents can’t create property type, property location, property feature, status, energy class, and labels.
8.2.PROPERTY

Agents can create properties like admins (see instructions in section 4).
